WORKSHOP IN BUCHAREST
Ghelinta Commune actively supported the organization of the third participative-governance workshop in Bucharest, which was organized on 30th of May 2022. On the event the stakeholders were invited from different national public bodies, such as representatives from:
- Ministry of Economy
- Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development
- Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests
- Department of Sustainable Development - Romanian Government
- Romanian Academy, Institute of Economic Forecast
As conclusion from this event, we can highlight the followings:
The transition to a circular bioeconomy, sustainable management of bio-resources requires responsibility and involvement from all stakeholders.
An essential role is the awareness of the potential of the rural regions in Romania and the development opportunities in this field.
Dissemination of the project results in areas related to bioenergy and bioeconomy and discussing related regional strategies will help us to shape the policy makers to reshape agriculture and rural industry developments.
